The guesthouse is insulated and equipped for year-round visitors with indoor heating and a wood stove. The guesthouse is insulated and equipped for year-round visitors with indoor heating and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two toilets, one of which includes a shower while the other one includes a washing machine. There are two living room areas, one with a big screen if one wants to relax with a film from one's computer, while the other one has board games and the fireplace for cosy evenings in. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed while the other one has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room where two people can sleep and a large sofa in the other living room which can accommodate an extra person if necessary. Dogs are welcome on the farm if they are kept on a leash.

The farm is located in a forested area with very few other houses around and is surrounded by forested areas where you can pick berries and mushrooms. There is a large dam just in front of the guest house where one can fish rainbow trout and it is also possible to fish in the lake which the farm borders or in nearby lakes, although a fishing permit is required for lake fishing. There are bicycles and a boat on the lake which guests may borrow. The farm is located near the southern part of the Hälsingland trail if hiking is of interest. Depending on availability, it is possible to buy food grown on the farm, like eggs, potatoes and smoked fish. There is also a small smokehouse available for guests' use and a grill and picnic spot.
