Moheds Camping is located about 10 km west of Söderhamn. The first campers arrived here in 1690, but they didn't come voluntarily because the area was the training ground for the Hälsinge Regiment. Today most guests come to enjoy the magnificent countryside. If you don't want to camp you can stay in a chalet, at the youth hostel, or in a hotel, where conference facilities are also available.

The extensive forests have excellent footpaths and the site's location on the shallow Florsjön lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing or water-skiing. If you prefer more challenging water the Söderhamn archipelago, Jungfrukusten, is not far away, and you can take a boat excursion to some of the 500 islands. Other popular excursions are to the flower-covered parks and the Oscarsborg viewing tower.
